2.30.0 - Remove Silence Improvements, Japanese Support Improvements

1. Japanese speech recognition performance has been increased and made it easier to edit Japanese subtitles.

2. When adding a clip to a track, it will now be placed on the lowest available empty track, and you’ll be notified which track it was added to.

3. The time it takes to remove silence in long and heavy projects has been greatly reduced.

4. The maximum limit for silence removal has been increased from 1 hour to 2 hours.

5. Animated captions can now be applied not only to the entire video, but also to specific sections.

6. Silence removal logic was improved to reduce awkward transitions.

7. The layout of the image editing screen has been improved.

8. Various other bug fixes and usability improvements have been made.
