Cutback is a Premiere Pro extension, so you need to have a legitimate copy of Adobe Premiere Pro installed to use it.
To use all features, Premiere Pro 2023 version or higher is required.

Use this method if you encounter errors with the Windows or Mac installation methods above.

Download and install the ZXP plugin installation manager from the following links:

Download the latest version of the Cutback ZXP installation file by clicking the button above.
Run Extension Manager, click [Install] in the top left menu, and select the downloaded CutbackInstaller.zxp file to install.
Restart Adobe Premiere Pro.
Select the project you want to work on in Adobe Premiere Pro.
Click "Window" > "Extensions" > "Cutback" to run Cutback.

Windows
Delete the following folders:

C:\Users\{User Name}\Program Files(x86)\Common Files\Adobe\CEP\extensions\com.cutback.cep
C:\Users\{User Name}\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\CEP\extensions\com.cutback.cep
C:\Users\{User Name}\AppData\Local\Temp\cep_cache\
- All folders that contain com.cutback.cep
- The AppData folder is usually hidden, so you can access it by directly typing it in the address bar of the explorer, or by entering the path %appdata% in the explorer and pressing enter, then moving to the parent folder

Mac
Delete the following folders:

If installed using ZXP file through Extension Manager

Run Extension Manager, select [Premiere Pro] > select com.cutback.cep > click [Remove] to uninstall.

Windows
Delete the following folders:
