Apply Motion Effects to an Object in One Click
Select the [Animate object] menu.
Choose the animation you want to apply:
In: How the object enters the screen
Action: How the object moves on the screen
Out: How the object exits the screen
Customize the animation's intensity, direction, speed, and more.
In the timeline, select the image or clip you want to animate and click [Apply].

I'm getting an error when trying to use motion effects.
If the ApplicationLanguageBilingual option is enabled, Premiere Pro may throw an error. To disable it, open the settings window by pressing ctrl + F12 (or fn + ctrl + F12 on Mac), and select Debug Database View from the console panel.
